How To Make Spot Welding Machine

Welcome to Multi-Projects, in this video I'm going  to make powerful and budget-friendly spot welding machine. Spot welders are essential for welding thin metal sheets, battery tabs, and other metal components. By repurposing an old microwave transformer, we can create a high-current, low-voltage power supply perfect for spot welding.

This machine is properly designed according to the working requirements. 

Materials Required:

Old microwave oven transformer

Thick copper wire 25 mm (for secondary winding)

Insulated wire and connectors

Welding electrodes (copper rods )

push witch (door bell push button)

on/off switch. 

Indicator Led light.

piece of wood for housing.

PVC pipe  for body.

PC cooling fan.

Safety gloves and goggles. 

Steps to Build:

Disassemble the Transformer – Carefully remove the  from an old microwave. Use a hacksaw or  cut off the secondary coil (thin wire) while keeping the primary coil intact.

Rewind the Secondary Coil – Replace the removed coil with thick copper insulated 25mm wire  to allow for high current output. Wrap 2 turns around the core.

Build the Electrode Holder. Attach tin coated copper thimbles and connect copper  rods to the output terminals, (act as welding electrodes). 

Ensure they are securely fixed for good conductivity.

Assemble the Circuit – circut diagram link 

Testing and Calibration  

Test the welder with scrap metal, adjusting pressure and timing to achieve strong welds.

Ensure proper insulation to avoid short circuits.

Use a grounded power connection to prevent electrical hazards.

Bipod making process

Bipod is important part of air gun. specifically when you hunt in field , you must required sport for good shorts. Which absorb recoil of gun and provide more accuracy. Many types of bipod available in market. We are going to make universal bipod for airguns. This bipod is specially design for break barrel airguns You have no problem while cocking. This is side mounted bipod, very easy to install.  bipod is foldable and lite weight,  which makes very easy to use.

making process is very simple. you can make easily at home by following few steps.

chose folding legs from old tripod.

make mounting base with 3mm thick iron plate (3X1.5 inch).

complete drilling and threading gently.

mark the points for spring holding pins.

mark  the points for stopping pins.

paint job on all components.

asamble the bipod,and install on airgun with the help of wooden screws.
